In appearance: medium-sized, dark brown pellets of twisted tea shoots. The fragrance is deep and viscous, with a roasted accent. The liquor is transparent, with a dark amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted, spicy-biscuit, with vanilla, woody, coffee, smoked and prune notes. The aroma is deep and warm, complex. The taste is full-bodied and buttery, sweetish, with a delicate woody astringency and a fine bitterness of coffee.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
