In appearance: medium-sized, green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive and fresh, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light greenish-yellow shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with notes of lilac, vanilla and melon. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweet, with a fine fruity sourness, light spicy nuances and the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
