In appearance: medium-sized, light, twisted, claret-brown leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is refined and complex, fruity with spicy hints. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is aged, multifaceted, fruity and spicy, with hints of buckwheat honey, vanilla sponge cake, brandy, exotic wood resins and cocoa beans. The aroma is deep and warm, complex, fruity and spicy. The taste is smooth and soft, silky, with light fruity sourness and nuances of spices, it varies greatly during tea drinking, transforming into the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
