Aged Oolong “Chen Nian Tang Bei Lao Cha” was made in 2014, baked on charcoal.
In appearance: small dark-brown pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is restrained, woody-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with an ocher yellow shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, woody-herbaceous, with fruity, nutty and cognac notes. The aroma is warm, complex, fruity-and-woody. The taste is rich and smooth, sweetish, with spicy nuances, fruity acidity and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 30 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 10 minutes and bringing the steeping time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 10 times.
The effect is warming, soft tonic.
