“Honey orchid fragrance” is was made in November 2018 in Zhaoan district (Fujian province).
In appearance: large, curved, burgundy and reddish-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves, with long, thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-floral. The liquor is transparent, with a meadow honey shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, spicy-floral, with hints of creamy caramel, baked chestnuts, and fresh berries. The aroma is deep and tender, spicy-floral. The taste is refined and full-bodied, multifaceted, sweetish, with a pleasant tartness, fine fruity sourness, spicy nuances, and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
