In appearance: large, curved, brown flagella of twisted leaves. The aroma is restrained, woody with a fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with a meadow honey hue.
The brewed tea has light, spicy-and-fruity bouquet with woody, honey and floral notes. The fragrance is warm, woody with a fruity accent. The taste is refined and light, sweetish, with refreshing berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8 times.
Oolong «Wei Tou» is a good choice for everyday tea breaks – light, warm and relaxing.
