Made in the village of Xiping from the spring shoots (May 2018) of the Te Guan Yin variety by Nong Xiang technology (medium fermentation, moderate fire).
In appearance: medium-sized, green pellets with small cuttings. The aroma is fresh, intensive, herbaceous-floral. The liquor is transparent, light yellow-greenish color.
The brewed tea has fresh and bright herbaceous-floral bouquet with notes of wood, spice, green hazelnuts, lilac and peach. The aroma is deep and tender, multifaceted, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and rich, oily, sweetish, with fine berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10-12 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9 times.
«Te Guan Yin Nong Xiang» is a great choice for emotional reboot – bright, multifaceted and extremely cheerful!
