Organic tea “Longevity Eyebrow” is made of spring buds (harvest May 2017) of Fuding Da Bai tea cultivar in Fuding County (Fujian province).
In appearance: light, green tea leaves of medium size. The aroma is fresh, herbal-floral. The liquor is transparent, yellowish grapes color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, refined, herbal-floral with notes of raspberry leaf and green apple. The aroma is delicate, flowery. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish with delicate acidity and spicy nuances, transforming into refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass teaware. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that do short brews (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing exposure time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times.
