"Long White Leaf" is made of the very spring tea shoots, collected in Yunnan province in 2017.
In appearance: small, silvery-green knots of twisted leaves and buds. The aroma is high, herbal. The infusion is transparent, grapes colour.
The brewed tea has airy, bright bouquet with notes of meadow flowers. The aroma is fresh, herbal-floral. The taste juicy, smooth, sweetish, with delicate berry acidity and spicy nuances, transforming into sappy finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (70-80°C) in a porcelain gaiwan, glassware or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 5-7 seconds. After that do short brews (just for 1 second), increasing exposure time for each subsequent brewing, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6-7 times.
"Long White Leaf" is a perfect choice for everyday tea drinking: full-bodied, mellow, refreshing.
