«Chinese green tea» of Yunnan Province, made in April 2018 from spring shoots of plantation tea.
In appearance: small, glossy pellets of silver-green color. The aroma is intensive, herbal with a smoked accent. The liquor is transparent, light greenish color.
The brewed tea has fresh herbaceous bouquet with delicate smoked accent and nutty note. The aroma is tender, herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mild, oily, with fine sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (70-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.
