«Gaoji Longjing» («The Top Grade Dragon’s Well») from Guizhou province, harvest 2019.

In appearance: large, flat, glossy tea tips of pistachio color. The aroma is fresh, herbaceous with a nutty accent. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of grapes.

The ready-made tea has fresh and refined, herbaceous bouquet with nutty, berry and floral hints. The aroma is tender, grassy with a berry accent. The taste is refined and full-bodied, juicy and sweet, buttery, with delicate berry sourness and long-lasting, refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (80°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6-7 times.

«Gaoji Longjing» is an excellent green tea of the very first harvest, filled with the breath of life and optimism.

В отличие от Сиху Лун Цзин (который вполне привычен и легко узнаваем), этот не отдаёт тыквенными семечками.
Свежая трава, огурцы, свежесть - да. Характерных тыквенных семечек - нет.
Для меня он пока слишком мягок и тонок - не дорос покамест.

Настаивается быстро и до желтого цвета, т.е. проливы около:
10-15-20-25 или даже 10-10-10-15.

Перепробовав почти сотню сортов - вернулся к этому чаю.
Запах все же хорош, свеж и душист - побудило заварить еще пару раз.

Огуречность здесь не превалирует.
Свежесть, чуть терпкая травянистость зел. чаёв - да.
Если чуть дольше настаивать и чуть больше класть - вот тогда и тыквенные семечки проявляются, хотя и не так сильно, как в том же Сиху Лунцзин.
Заваривал уже по-другому:
79град., вода "Пилигрим", гайвань не закрывал.
4гр. на 80-90мл.
промыв 6-8 сек, 15-20-30сек. выдержки
Цвет настоя менее желтый - скорее прозрачный и зеленый оттенок - это по сравнению с пред. пробой.
4й пролив - уже настой явно другого цвета - желтый. И вкус уже выдохшийся.
Видимо, упустил момент и заварка уже остыла.
Впрочем, я мало какие чаи больше 4х проливов делаю - очень привередлив к свежести аромата и крепости.

Как хороший свежий зел. чай - примечателен.
Как ЛунЦзин - мне не хватает более выраженного вкуса семечек :)
