In appearance: pointed, light green buds. The aroma is restrained, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, light greenish color.
The ready-made tea has fresh, spicy-herbaceous bouquet with notes of mint and raspberry leaf. The fragrance is calm, herbal. The taste is full-bodied and oily, sweetish, with light lemon sourness, thin pepper hint, minty coolness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times. Well revealed in cooking on an open fire.
The effect is refreshing, tonic.
