"Girl's curls" from the foothills of Aylaoshan (Yunnan province), harvest April 2018.
In appearance: neatly twisted rings of tea leaves. The aroma is restrained, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, light white grapes color.
The ready-made tea has fresh, floral-herbaceous bouquet with notes of mint and raspberry leaf. The fragrance is high, herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, with light lemon sourness, minty coolness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (75-90°С) in a gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times. Well revealed in cooking on an open fire.
"Girl's curls" is an excellent choice for everyday tea drinking - light, invigorating, refreshing.
