The history of tea growing began in Sichuan two thousand years ago. Therefore, in addition to large modern plantations, in many places of the mountains wild tea bushes grow. Local peasants look after them and make tea for personal needs. «Wild Green Tea» (spring 2017) is distinguished by its skillful dressing and delicacy.
In appearance: tiny spirals of olive-green buds and leaves. The aroma of dry tea is fresh, herbaceous-floral. The color of the infusion is clear, a very light shade of spring greens.
The brewed tea has fresh grassy-floral bouquet. The aroma is light, airy and gentle. The taste is juicy and soft, silky sweet, with the finest sourness and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a glass teapot. The proportion is 2-3 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6 times.
«Wild Green Tea» is a good choice for everyday tea drinking – light, vital and friendly. It perfectly quenches thirst, refreshes and gives moments of pure joy.
