Ji Ping Shengtai Da Shu Cha, Yi Ru Chang Factory, 2011
This tea is made in Yung Ming Factory for Yi Ru Chang brand. The raw material for this tea was harvested from tea trees at famous Xishuangbanna region (Menghai disatrict).
Dry cha bing, tea cake (360 gr), is light compressed and easily separated into large twisted brown leaves, silver-beige buds (half of weight) and dark-brown stems. The aroma of dry tea is quiet, mature with woody-fruit tones. The clear liquor has meadow honey tint.
The bouquet of brewed tea is balanced with woody-fruit tones and nice fresh nuance of the tarragon bitterness. The taste is rich with no harshness (don’t put to much tea into the tea pot) The aroma is mild, quiet with herbs and dry fruit tones. The aftertaste is sweet and a bit astringent.
Brew tea with 95-100°С water in yixing teapot for raw puers or in thick-walled gaiwan. Take 6-8 gr for 120ml volume dish. First infusion can be brewed for 7-10 seconds, after shed tea 4-5 times and after sixth infusion gradually increase brewing time with each next infusion. Brew this way 10-12 times.
