The fruits of a wild pear picked and prepared in Crimea in autumn 2015.
High in fiber, organic acids (malic, citric, folate), pectin and tannins, enzymes, vitamins (A, C, B9, B2, B1, E, P, PP) and micronutrients (iodine, iron and potassium), they are widely used in the treatment of chronic disorders of the pancreas, inflammation of the colon, kidneys (urolithiasis and cystitis), prostate adenoma, as well as an antipyretic and antitussive remedy.
To make a brew take 10 g of dried fruits, pour it with 200 ml of water, bring to the boil and cook on a slow fire for 10-15 minutes. Simple method: put fruits into a thermos, pour it with boiled water and brew during 1-2 hours.
The brew can be taken as independent drink and together with other dry fruits and herbs, honey and lemon.
