Kudin Shuixiu from Guizhou Province. Made in early March 2018 from spring leaves of a plant whose scientific name is Ligustrum robustum.
In appearance: medium sized buds of green color. The aroma is fresh, herbal-floral with light smoke note. The liquor is transparent, light greenish color.
The taste of drink is refined, herbaceous, with slight bitterness, which turnes to a sweet, refreshing aftertaste.
