100 g teacake of medium density, easily broken into mid-size strings of twisted dark brown leaves, thin stems and reddish buds. The fragrance of dry tea is moderate nutty-berry. The infusion is transparent and has a rich red-brown hue.
The bouquet of ready tea is mature, woody-and-nutty with notes of rustic bread, wet soil, autumn leaves, cocoa beans and dried berries. The taste is rich, smooth, sweetish with nuances of juicy nut bitterness and light berry sourness. The fragrance is deep, calm, "autumn" with nutty and berry nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
