"Yunnan Red Tea" was made from buds and upper leaves of tea bushes which grow in mountains Jing Gu of Pu'er region at a height of more than a thousand meters above sea level. Teacakes were pressed for company Moychay.ru at the plant "Da Ye" from "mao cha" (crop of 2015) in the spring of 2016.
100 g teacake of medium density, easily broken into strings of twisted dark brown leaves and reddish buds. The fragrance of dry tea is intense fruity chocolate. The infusion is transparent and has a deep red-brown shade.
The bouquet of ready tea is bright, warm, multi-layered, honey-woody with notes of rye bread, chocolate and dried fruit. The aroma is intense, fruity-spicy. The taste is strong, rich, silky, slightly astringent, sweetish, with a pleasant sour nuance. A rich refreshing aftrtaste.
Preparation: brew with boiling hot water (95-100°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay for red tea. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. Use "pouring brewing method" (pouring water through leaves, gradually extending exposure time). The leaves can successfully last for 10 brews.
A great choice for everyday tea breaks – with a pronounced rich taste, and a warming tonic effect.
