“Te Zhi Hua Zhuan” means “Highest Standard” Tea. It is produced at the “Bai Sha Xi” Plant, which was established 70 years ago. It is the oldest plant in Hunan.
The dry tea is compressed into 1 kg brick. It is easily sliced into brown-vinous leaves and light-brown stems. The aroma is pure, mellow, woody, with berry, honey and camphor tones. The liquor has clear nutty color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is rich, mellow, polyphonic. The main tones remind berry, honey, moss, camphor flavors. Then tea releases with dry apricots, maple syrup and dry apple overtones. The taste is smooth, mild, sweet. High concentration gives a slight astringency. The pleasing aftertaste is rich and long lasting.
Infuse tea with hot boiled water 95-100°С in yixing teapot for black teas or in thick-walled ceramic gaiwan. The proportion is 5 grams for 100 ml volume vessel. Infuse quick and repeat infusions increasing the infusion time gradually. The infusions can be repeated up to 9-10 times. Also, it is very nice to release aroma and deep taste boiling tea on the open fire.
“Highest standard” is original tea for special occasions. It has very strong effects. It brings energy, emotional lift, clearness and peace in mind.
