“Six castles” is a famous tea from Guangxi province. It is manufactured in Guidongshan Mountains, Liubaoxiang township, Wuzhou County according to traditional technology.

The brewed tea has a complex, aged woody-balsamic bouquet with hints of wet earth, autumn leaves red wine and dried fruits. The aroma is calm, woody-balsamic. The taste is rich, sweetish, slightly tart, with refine bitterness and berry acidity, transforming into juicy finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot boiling water (95-100°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot for heicha made of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that just rinse water through teapot or gaiwan, increasing the exposure of each next infusion. You can repeat this brewing method up to 9-10 times.
Good choice for everyday tea breaks – warming, mild tonic, harmonizing.
