In appearance: large, curved, brown-green tips. The fragrance is restrained, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous, with hints of meadow flowers. The aroma is tender, herbaceous. The taste is clean and juicy, oily, sweetish, with a delicate grassy bitterness, sourness of fresh berries and a refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (85-90°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (for 2-3 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7 times.
