In appearance: thin, curved, dark-brown tips. The fragrance is restrained, woody with a fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, with woody, floral, fruity and honey hints. The aroma is vivid, fruity-floral. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, sweetish, with a citrus sourness and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (for 3-5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7 times.
