“The honey peach” is the brilliant sort of Single Bushes Teas from the west side of Phoenix Mountains. Tea gardens are situated 900 meters above sea level here.
The dry tea leaves are medium size, accurate twisted around axis and have dark vinous, chestnuts and chocolate color. The aroma of dry tea is pure, subtle, fruity and floral. The infusion is clear and has orange and rose color.
The bucket of brewed tea is vivid and bright, light and shining. Many tints of taste run transformations from cup to cup – flowers of fruity trees, citrus, spicy herbs and needles forest. The taste is amazing – silky, a bit astringent with mint freshness, hot pepper and sour taste of blackberry leaves. The aroma is tender and pure, beautifully sweet. The tea has gorgeous refreshing aftertaste.
Brew tea with boiled water (95-100°С) in gaiwan or yixing teapot for fermented oolongs. Take 5-6 gr for 120 ml volume dish. Infuse first and second time for 10-15 seconds and after increase the infusion time gradually. The tea stands 10-12 infusions.
