In appearance: large, brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-floral. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, spicy-floral, with notes of wood resins, spicy herbs and baked fruits. The aroma is high and warm, spicy-floral. The taste is full-bodied and sweet, a bit spicy, with a fine woody tartness, berry sourness, transforming into the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (85-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9 times.
