Oolong “Old Bush” harvest 2018, from Chaozhou County (Guangdong province).
In appearance: slim, curved, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-and-berry. The liquor is transparent, with a mahogany shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is exquisite, spicy-and-berry, with woody, balsamic, floral and citrus notes. The aroma is deep, spicy-and-berry; cold aroma is sweet, floral. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky, sweetish, with a pleasant tartness, fine citrus sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
Oolong “Old Bush” is a magnificent ceremonial oolong, which will fill with bright colors even the dullest and gray day!
