“White tea from Fuding” is produced in Taimushan Mountain, the North of Fujian province in 2004. The raw material is leaves and buds of Big White Fuding tea bushes variety.
The tea is compressed into 357 grams teacake. It easily divided into slices of thin brown and green-brown leaves with long stems and twisted buds covered in silver hair. The aroma of dry tea is delicate, fresh, honey with vinous tones. The infusion has clear, light olive color which becomes darker during tea drinking.
The bouquet of brewed tea is elegant, mellow, with fruity and woody tones. The taste is smooth, silky and fully absorbed by receptors. This characteristic is typical for quality aged tea. The taste opens gradually. It has delicate woody and berry tones which turn into bright citrus, apricot and mint overtones. It has tender and light aroma. The aftertaste is long-lasting and refreshing aftertaste.
Infuse this tea in porcelain or glazed ceramic gaiwan. Chill the boiled water till 80-85°С. Take 3-4 grams for 100 ml volume dish. Infuse 15-20 seconds for the first time to refresh the tea. After just shed tea with hot water and increase infusion time gradually. There is no bitterness or astringency in taste, so you can infuse tea long, but the tea drinking should be attentive. It stands up to 15 infusions.
This tea has very interesting taste and effect. It is wonderful in any season - in summer hot, autumn dull, cold winter and inspiring spring days.
