Red tea «Flower spring» was made in Zhouli tea farm (Wuyi County, Fujian Province), harvest – Mау 2018.
In appearance: thin, curved, burgundy-brown flagellum twisted leaves. The fragrance is restrained, woody with fruity accent. The liquor is transparent with dark amber hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is graceful, fruity, with woody, honey, biscuit and citrus notes. The fragrance is warm and complex, fruity. The taste is refined and silky, sweetish, with delicate citrus sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8-9 times.
