«Yesheng Jin Jun Mei» («Wild Golden Eyebrow») was made from wild tea in Wuyi Mountains (Fujian province) in the spring of 2020.
In appearance: thin, brown tips with reddish hair. The fragrance is refined, fruity-biscuit with a cinnamon hint. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, woody-and-fruity, with floral, spicy, biscuit and honey notes. The aroma is sweet, warm and tender, fruity-biscuit. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky and sweet, with a refined bitterness, berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15-20 seconds. After that do short steeps (for 5-10 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6 times.
«Yesheng Jin Jun Mei » is an excellent tea for a special occasion: refined, strong and versatile.
