In appearance: medium-sized, dark-brown flagella of twisted tips with reddish down. The fragrance is rich, woody with a fruity hint. The liquor is transparent, with a reddish-chestnut shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm and vivid, woody, with notes of rustic bread, spicy herbs, and dried fruits. The aroma is warm and tender, woody with a fruity accent. The taste is strong and rich, sweetish, a bit astringent, with a fine berry sourness, spicy nuances, and the refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8 times.
Red tea «Fengqing Dianhong» is an excellent choice for daily tea breaks: strong, bright and very fragrant.
