«Gaba Dali Hong Cha»(«Red Tea GABA») was made in the North-West of Yunnan Province (Dali District) from the buds and leaves of Yunnan Da E (Yunnan large-leaf variety of tea plant) using vacuum fermentation technology. Harvest 2021.
In appearance: large, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted leaves and yellow-reddish tips. The aroma is deep, woody with a fruity accent. The infusion is transparent with a hazelnut hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm and vivid, fruity-and-woody, with spicy, honey, berry and candy notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity with a honey accent. The taste is full-bodied and rich, sweetish, with light woody tartness, berry sourness, light spicy nuances, and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
