«Exclusive Dutch first flush» is an experimental batch of light fermented tea from an organic tea farm in North Brabant.
In appearance: large, dark-green and purple-brown leaves with long cuttings. The aroma is restrained, floral-herbaceous with a fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with a golden shade.
The bouquet of brewed tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with hints of baked fruits. The aroma is warm and tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined and soft, sweetish, with а delicate berry sourness and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10-15 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6 times.
