Red tea «Precious red stone» is made in the county of Meitan (Guizhou Province) in the autumn of 2017 from autumn shoots of Huang Guanyin cultivar grown especially for the production of this red tea.
In appearance: small, glossy, dark brown lumps of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is warm, restrained, with spicy and berry notes. The liquor is transparent, dark amber color.
The brewed tea has warm, spicy-biscuit bouquet with woody, honey and berry notes. The aroma is calm, warm and viscose. The taste is full-bodied, a bit tart, sweetish, with fine berry sourness and spicy nuances, turns to lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6-7 times.
«Precious red stone» is an excellent choice for everyday tea breakes. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
