“Cha Mo” means “Tea crumbs” from Meizhou (Guangdong). It is sub product, which comes out due to tea sorting. Dry tea consists from different size fragments of vinous-brown leaves and few stems. The aroma of dry tea is spicy, warm, with dry fruits tones. The infusion is clear with bright chestnut tone.
The bouquet of brewed tea is warm, corny, honey with floral and dry fruits tones. The aroma is warm, cozy, honey. The taste is moderate, mild, silky, rich, sweet with fruity sour nuance which turns into nice, rich aftertaste.
Infuse this tea with boiled water of 95°С in yixing tea pot for red teas or in gaiwan. Take 5-6 grams for 100 ml volume dish. Shed tea with water and increase infusion time gradually. This tea stands 8-9 infusions. It is nice to boil this tea on open fire.
It is excellent choice for cold and damp seasons. It is easy to infuse it, and this tea has complex, mild, rich taste and deep heating, relaxing and meditative effect.
