«Red tea of the great skill» was made in the village of Miluocun (Fujian province) in the spring of 2017.
In appearance: medium-sized flagella of dark brown tips. The aroma is intensive, warm, with honey hints. The liquor is transparent with chestnut hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is bright and warm, with notes of black chokeberry, dried plum and honey biscuits. The aroma is deep and warm. The taste is rich and full-bodied, deliciously tart, honey-sweet, with refreshing sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot boiling water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
"Red tea of the great skill" is a great choice for everyday tea breaks - full-bodied and strong, with gentle touch of honey biscuits. The effect is warm and mild tonic.
