«Jin Jun Mei from Anxi» is a Fujian red tea processed according to Jin Jun Mei technology. The first spring buds of Huang Jin Gui (Golden Osmanthus) tea variety harvest 2019 were used as raw materials.
In appearance: medium-sized, thin, dark brown flagella of tea tips with a light golden fuzz. The fragrance is refined, spicy-and-woody with a berry hint. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of yellow ocher.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright and warm, multifaceted, with berry, biscuit, spicy-herbaceous and floral notes. The aroma is warm and tender, spicy-floral. The taste is full-bodied and well-rounded, a bit astringent, with a refreshing berry sourness and spicy nuances in the aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8-9 times.
Red tea «Jin Jun Mei from Anxi» is a great choice for a gong-fu-cha ceremony: delicate, multifaceted and very fragrant.
