«Wuyi Dashu Chun Jin» («Spring gold of tea trees») was made from spring shoots of tea trees in Wuyi Mountains (Fujian province) in 2020.
In appearance: thin, brown tips covered with reddish fluff. The fragrance is restrained, woody with a fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with dark amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, woody-and-fruity, with floral and biscuit notes. The aroma is deep and warm, complex, woody-and-fruity. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky, sweetish, a bit astringent, with berry sourness and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15-20 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 5-10 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7 times.
«Wuyi Dashu Chun Jin» is an excellent tea for a special occasion: rich and strong.
