“Dian Hong”, “Yunnan Red” tea is made in the mountains at the North of Fengqin province in the spring 2015. “Nan Lu”, “South road” is the name of the road from this mountain to the civilization.
The dry tea consists of medium size dark brown leaves and red buds. The aroma is warm and honey. The infusion is clear of dark amber color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is warm, a bit spicy, with rye bred, dry fruits and honey tones. The taste is deep, rich, mild, with bright citrus sour nuance. The aroma is warm, fruity and corny. Th aftertaste is velvet.
Infuse this tea with boiled water of 95°С in yixing tea pot for red teas or in gaiwan. Take 5 grams for 100 ml volume vessel. Rinse tea with hot water, make short infusion and increase the infusion time gradually with each next brewing. It goes 9-10 infusions. It is nice to boil it on open fire (3 grams for 600 ml of water).
This is an excellent budget tea for different occasions and moods. It has nice rich taste, bright aroma and warming, tonic effect.
