“Red Tea from Xiping” is original tea from Xiping county at the South of Fujian province. Processed according to the original technology with the addition of a small amount of cane sugar.
In appearance: tinny, dark-brown leaves and red buds. The aroma is intensive, honey and biscuit. The infusion is transparent with reddish brown shade.
The bouquet of brewed tea is warm and multifaceted, honey, with notes of roses, blackberries, rye biscuit and apricot seeds. The fragrance is divine, spicy-floral. The taste is deep and rich, velvety, pleasantly astringent, sweet, with gentle berry sourness and lingering aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
"Angxi Xiping Hong Cha" has a magnificent warming effect, it is an excellent choice for dank wether and minor moods.
