Aged alpine oolong «Oriental beauty» was made in 2013 in Alishan mountains (central Taiwan) and kept by the manufacturer. «Oriental beauty» is the famous tea, in the creation of which take part the tiny green-winged grasshoppers fuchen-zi (Jacobiasca formosana). The plant begins to defend itself against their bites by changing its chemical composition, especially volatile compounds. As a result, ready-made tea acquires an amazing, incomparable taste and aroma.
In appearance: middle-sized, silver fluffy tips and thin, curled reddish-brown leaves. The fragrance is restrained, woody with honey accent. The liquor is transparent, with meadow honey hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, fruity with vine, woody, floral, spicy and honey notes. The fragrance is delicate and tender, complex, cold fragrance is sweet, honey-floral. Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds.
