«Gui Fei Oolong» is an alpine oolong from Nantou County
In appearance: small brown pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, berry-and-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, berry-floral with notes of exotic fruits, nut biscuit and spices. The aroma is deep and warm, berry-and-biscuit. The taste is smooth and refined, silky, sweetish, with bright berry sourness, reveals gradually, playing with subtle nuances, turns into refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (75-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
